Manuel Molina
Manuel holds a BA in Computer Information Systems and a Microsoft certification as an application developer. He has worked for multiple federal agencies as well as private companies in both Mexico and the United States.
In 2023, he founded MPM Consulting along with his two partners, Francisco and Miguel, with the goal of helping entrepreneurs overcome their business challenges.
He is passionate about helping people turn their ideas into creative solutions and profitable operations. He specializes in simplifying complex issues, improving day‑to‑day efficiency, and building systems that support long‑term growth.
With over 35 years of professional experience, Manuel brings a practical, hands‑on approach to every project. He enjoys working closely with people to strengthen their potential, refine their strategy, and create clear paths forward. His focus is always on real results, not buzzwords.

Miguel Flores
Miguel Flores is an entrepreneur who likes to encourage the formation and development of work teams.
Among his strengths is his ability to identify the best skills of team members and he motivates the development and growth of each individual.
Since 2008 he has actively participated in the incubation and growth of several IT services companies and he has thirty years of experience in companies within the financial system.
He fosters synergy among different work groups and identifies solutions for clients with high success rates and attractive profit margins, both in projects and outsourcing.
He provides effective coaching to work groups.
He has worked as a PMO Head and PM coach.
